2- Shipments to Portugal:

14. Right of withdrawal.

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased exclusively at www.ibbautoracing.com you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your purchases at any of the ibbautoracing.com stores in Spain, or in our own online store, in accordance with the provisions of the following paragraphs.

Deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal : You can exercise the right of withdrawal without justification within 14 calendar days. except for toys, books, stationery, experience chests, film music and merchandising that you have 30 calendar days from receipt. In case of returning the product without its original packaging, the product may be depreciated.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the good. In the event that in the same order you have acquired multiple goods that have been delivered to you separately, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the last of those goods.
In the event that you have purchased a good consisting of multiple components or parts, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the last component or material.
In case you have contracted the periodic delivery of goods for a certain period, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the first of those goods.

Way to exercise the right of withdrawal :
To exercise the right of withdrawal regarding products purchased exclusively on www.ibbautoracing.com, you must express your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the contract of any of the following ways:
· If you choose the option to return the product in any of the physical ibbautoracing.com stores in Spain, you must present the purchase invoice, which you can download from your account . For "Delivery on demand" orders, contact here with our Customer Service to obtain the invoice. This withdrawal method is not available for purchases paid by bank transfer or Paypal.
· If you choose the option of returning the product through our online store www.ibbautoracing.com, you must contact our Customer Service by sending an email to orders@ibbautoracing.com to express unequivocally your decision to withdraw of the contract.
· Without prejudice to the provisions of the two preceding paragraphs, you may also choose to exercise your right of withdrawal by completing and sending electronically to the email account orders@ibbautoracing.com < / a>, the withdrawal form that you can download below, in which case, we will notify you promptly by email of the receipt of said withdrawal. The right of withdrawal will be understood to be exercised within the period when you have sent us the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the end of the corresponding period, in the terms indicated above.

Consequences of withdrawal : In case you exercise the right of withdrawal we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except if you have chosen a delivery option other than the least costly ordinary delivery, in which case the additional costs arising from it will not be reimbursed, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, the refund may be withheld until you have received the goods, or until you have presented proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method in which the purchase was paid without incurring any expenses as a result of the refund except for the cost of returning the product. In all cases, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition and with the manuals, accessories or gifts, checks, coupons, or any kind of promotional advantages, if any, included. In case of returning the product without its original packaging, the product may be depreciated.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the employer, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inextricably mixed with other goods.
g) Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested ibbautoracing.com to visit them to carry out repair or urgent maintenance operations; If, on that visit, ibbautoracing.com provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to said services or goods additional.
h) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transportation of goods, rental of vehicles, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.
i) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
In the case of promotions in which several independent items are purchased as part of the same pack (3x2, 2x1 and the like), in case of withdrawal, all products included in the promotion must be withdrawn. Neither in physical stores, nor in the virtual store ibbautoracing.com, returns of products that have not been purchased in Spain will be accepted. The right of withdrawal regulated in this section will only be applicable to products purchased only and exclusively through www.ibbautoracing.com , for which in no case will be applied with respect to the products purchased in a physical store or establishment ibbautoracing.com. The consumer will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their manipulation other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

15. Incidents in the delivery of the products.

Without prejudice and with complete independence of the right of withdrawal and the legally recognized guarantee on non-conforming products, the circumstances that may cause an incidence in the delivery of your product are the following:
a) Product damaged by transport : If, at the time of picking up or delivering the product, it detects any damage to the packaging or product, please reflect it on the POD (proof of delivery) of the carrier and contact our Customer Service through the +34 93 804 00 15 or the email account orders@ibbautoracing.com , as soon as possible, to report the incident. ibbautoracing.com will bear the costs of collecting the damaged product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.

b) Product that by mistake does not correspond to the order : must be communicated within 14 calendar days. ibbautoracing.com will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.

16. Product warranty.

The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, incorrect installations not carried out by Technical Services authorized where appropriate, etc., or materials that are worn by use.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the six months after the delivery of the product, already existed when the thing was delivered, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity. ibbautoracing.com reserves the right to request an official technical service of the brand, a verification of the origin of the problem or cause of the lack of conformity.

In case of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, the option will be to repair, replace the item (except for second-hand products, in which the replacement cannot be required), lower the price or return, in the legally established terms. These steps will be free for the consumer and user. The consumer and user must report the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's home.
