Mercedes Benz W196R GP 1954. Lts 200pcs
In 1954, Mercedes-Benz returned to the Formula 1 World Championship with the W196, a revolutionary single-seater that immediately asserted its dominance. With a front-mounted 8-cylinder inline engine and 256 HP, capable of reaching 290 km/h, the W196 combined power, aerodynamics, and mechanical precision.
Painted in the iconic silver livery – initially unnumbered due to weight concerns – the W196 dominated the 1954 and 1955 seasons with drivers like Juan Manuel Fangio and Stirling Moss.
Its design and performance made it an icon of German engineering. Only 14 units were built at the time.
Limited to 200 numbered units.
Certificate of authenticity included.
